Q: How is Bali Program different from other programs available?

A: We teach you how to achieve permanent results by implementing a nutrition and fitness system centered on the powerful science of blood sugar stabilization. With a education from us, you will understand how your body works and learn how to make your body work for you permanently!

Whether you are recovering from years of yo-yo dieting, an athlete looking for "the edge", trying to lose those last 20 pounds of body fat, or just looking for a permanent way to eat well and be healthy as you age, Bali Program will work for you. How? Our system is based on the powerful science of blood sugar stabilization.

From birth to adulthood, our bodies require stable blood sugar to function optimally. Blood sugar affects each of us every day. For example, a child who "crashes" and can't concentrate after lunch during the school day is experiencing low blood sugar. Q: How does Bali Program customize my Personal Nutrition Plan and Health Structure?

A: When joining Bali Program, you are asked to complete a detailed Nutrition and Fitness Assessment. This assessment is designed to evaluate your personal goals, current nutrition and exercise habits, lifestyle, body composition and general health.

Bali Program determines your individual nutritional parameters based on a number of factors. Our first step is to analyze your current nutrition (ie. how many meals per day you consume, approximate portion sizes and grams of protein per day). Your current dietary habits are very important in determining the quantity of food as well as the correct ratio of nutrients per meal that your body will be able to metabolize. If you recorded your body fat % while completing the assessment, that number is taken into account to determine your percentage of body fat vs. lean muscle mass. If body fat % is unknown, your height and weight are used in a special formula based on your body mass index.

Your customized meal plans are based upon your nutritional parameters and favorite food items that you choose while completing your Food Preference List.

Our next step is to evaluate your lifestyle including your current sleep, exercise (how many days per week and duration of each session), supplement and water intake. By analyzing all aspects of your current lifestyle, we are able to create realistic parameters for each category that will allow you to reach your personal nutrition and fitness goals.

Q: How will I monitor my results?

A: Unlike typical diet programs, We realize the importance of improving your body from the inside out. If you have tried countless diets in the past only to lose and regain the weight while struggling with cravings and lack of energy, then this statement will mean a lot to you! All too often diets focus only on the weight loss and lead to a temporary result. Bali Program teaches you how to actually change the way your body works and how to achieve balance for permanent success. How? By stabilizing your blood sugar and creating balance, your metabolism will increase and your body will become more efficient at burning fat. Best of all, you’ll feel good! Your energy levels will increase while cravings disappear.

Every time a patient comes in for medication, they will have their blood pressure taken and get weighed-in. Each patient will also be checked Bi-weekly with our Body Composition Analyzer to make sure they are losing weight from Body Fat and not Lean Body Mass. This is a very important aspect of the Bali Program, where Patients are carefully monitored to ensure proper weight loss.
